Empowering through education, leadership, and mentorship

The Act for Humanity (AFH) Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered in the United States of America. AFH supports and promotes access to education and health literacy through various programming/training opportunities for refugee and immigrant students in central Pennsylvania. AFH also provides opportunities for scholarship, mentorship and leadership for high school and college students internationally. In a dual effort, AFH creates programs that educate and promote health awareness and literacy among refugees/immigrants locally in the U.S., while also seeking to expand opportunities for high-achieving students in the Himalayas of Nepal and rural parts of Kenya.
